A brief introduction. The ciabatta crumb is a light, crispy bread crumb with real olive oil. This "extra virgin" olive oil is used to bake each individual loaf for an authentic taste and texture. Ideal as a crumb layer and delicious to use as a topping for sauce products, cakes and pastries.
