Melier we have in many varieties and are intended to make a nice crispy coated tasty-looking fish. For example, we make these products with Parsley lemon-pepper etc. Mainly the recipes are from stuffing of breadcrumbs, pieces of onion- butter-Parsley-and seasoning.
